The "why won't they just brew a pilsner" complaint amuses me, as my complaint it somewhat opposite: it seems every brewery ever has to make a so-called "craft lager" (a meaningless designation) these days. Most of what I see as a consumer lately is craft trying to chase domestics consumers with blander and blander beer. Though I'll agree with the tweet-plainer that a pils would be a welcome addition to any lineup. Totally get it that any lager is going to hog tank space for longer than many smaller spots can afford.
