Good (well, no, actually pretty god-awful) stuff. Though I'm not sure how possible it would have been for the company to have been aware of their employees off-site activities in this regard. Police wouldn't have informed them or risked alerting them prior to arrest, and it doesn't sound like McCorry was doing any of the noticeable (or anything at all) on company grounds. At the end of the day, our employers are not our keepers, be it that they wish they were in most other contexts.
