On Tuesday, embattled Uncle Nearest cofounder Fawn Weaver fired up Instagram to once again comment on the flailing Tennessee liquor firm’s ongoing federal receivership to her 305,000 followers. Er, make that not-ongoing. “As of moments ago, the receivership of Uncle Nearest is done,” said the self-avowed #PeoplesCEO. Next up: Chapter 11 bankruptcy. Maybe? It’s complicated.
